Just a little thought for today I wanted to share, because I love God:
I LOVE GOD!
I’m so grateful for my Heavenly Father. I really don’t think I could make it through this ups-and-downs life without my faith in Him, and in His Son. I love knowing He is there when the storms roll in, and it’s scary or hard. I love knowing He’s watching when my life is full tilt Fabulous-ness. And that He joys in my joy.
Everything – all of the stuff of life – is better, more meaningful, more full because I know He lives.
I find and feel JOY in the words below, shared by Elder David A. Bednar:
The Father’s work is to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of His children. Our work is to keep His commandments with all of our might, mind, and strength. And we thereby become chosen and, through the Holy Ghost, receive and recognize the tender mercies of the Lord in our daily lives.
Another Good Day From Our God
Every day that we awake, there are opportunities for joy and for good things. Every day! Whether we are aware of it or not, God keeps on offering tender mercies in the life of every single one of us. That’s just plain old truth and goodness.
And goodness matters.
